1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and z5555 ("z5555", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at z5555.pro and any associated mobile applications or platforms.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each player may maintain only one active z5555 account. If z5555 determines that a player holds or has previously held more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — z5555 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings generated through them, and permanently ban the player from the z5555 platform.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your z5555 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

z5555 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your z5555 account, whether authorised by you or not, except where loss is directly attributable to a security failure on z5555's part. You agree to:

• Notify z5555 promptly of any suspected unauthorised access;

• Not access the z5555 platform while under the influence of substances that impair your judgement.

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

z5555 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). z5555 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the z5555 cashier at the time of deposit. z5555 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time. Players may also set their own deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Each bonus or promotional offer is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. • A player has opened multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once;
• Bonus funds have been used in a manner designed to exploit the offer rather than for genuine gameplay;
• z5555 has reason to believe the player is engaging in coordinated bonus abuse;
• The player has violated any provision of these Terms at any time during the bonus period.

z5555 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. No bonus or promotional offer shall be construed as creating an ongoing entitlement.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the z5555 platform — including live casino games, slots, fishing games, and table games — operate in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to the game in question.

z5555 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to govern all non-live game outcomes. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party providers whose studios and dealers are subject to independent audit. z5555 does not manipulate game outcomes and does not have the technical ability to alter results after they are generated by the RNG or live dealer system.

6.1 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error affecting a game, z5555 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the players concerned. z5555 is not liable for any loss of winnings where a malfunction can be objectively demonstrated to have occurred. The principle "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all z5555 game titles.

6.2 Disputed Game Outcomes

If you wish to dispute the outcome of a game, you must notify z5555 within 30 days of the relevant game round. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. z5555's decision on all disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the player's right to escalate to z5555's licensing authority.

7 Sports Betting Rules

z5555 offers pre-match and live in-play sports betting across a range of markets including cricket (PSL, international T20s, Test series), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All sports bets are governed by z5555's Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

z5555 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. A bet is only considered accepted once you have received a confirmed bet reference number from z5555's platform.

7.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the rescheduling threshold set in the sport-specific rules; the odds were published in manifest error; or the outcome of the event is determined to have been affected by corrupt activity. Stakes on void bets are returned to the player's z5555 wallet.

7.3 Cricket Betting

PSL and international cricket markets on z5555 are subject to the International Cricket Council (ICC) Anti-Corruption Code. Any player found to have benefited from insider information, or who is suspected of facilitating spot-fixing or match-fixing, will have their account immediately suspended and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the z5555 platform. z5555 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, void all associated winnings, and retain deposited funds pending investigation:

• Opening more than one account or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment credentials;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of mechanical assistance to place bets or play games;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt activity related to sports betting markets on z5555;
• Colluding with other players or third parties in live casino games or poker formats;
• Laundering funds or using z5555 as a vehicle for financial crime of any kind;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any z5555 software;
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward z5555 staff or other players.

9 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the z5555 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, video content, and audio content — is owned by or licensed to z5555 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the z5555 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any z5555 content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any z5555 content;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
• Use any z5555 branding or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent from z5555.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z5555 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds arising from your use of the z5555 platform in the normal course of gambling;
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity;
• Any failure or interruption of the z5555 platform caused by events outside z5555's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or third-party service failures;
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits z5555's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Account Suspension & Termination

z5555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, where z5555 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to z5555 or other players;
• The player is subject to a self-exclusion or third-party exclusion order;
• z5555 is required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Players may also request account closure at any time by contacting z5555 support. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining after settlement of outstanding wagers will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC or AML checks.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under z5555's international gaming licence. In the event of a dispute between you and z5555 that cannot be resolved through z5555's internal complaints process, you may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism established by z5555's licensing authority.

14.1 Complaints Process

The revised Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notification.
